Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags and packaging.

  • Not be damaged due to misuse by the customer.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return procedure outlined above.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
